Thank you for shopping with Toucan Promotions. We are committed to providing you with quality promotional products and custom-printed items. Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

Custom Orders – Final Sale

All items that are customized with your logo, artwork, or special request are considered final sale and non-refundable, except in cases where:

• There is a manufacturing defect

• The item arrives damaged

• The printed artwork differs significantly from the approved proof

We strongly encourage all customers to review digital proofs carefully before giving final approval, as production begins immediately after approval.

Order Cancellation

• Before Proof Approval: Orders may be canceled without penalty if no artwork or production has started.

• After Proof Approval: Orders cannot be canceled once the final proof has been approved and production has begun.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include:

• Order number

• Photos of the issue

• A brief description of the problem

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Shipping Issues

Toucan Promotions is not responsible for delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier. However, we’ll assist you in resolving any shipping-related issues to the best of our ability.

Non-Customized Items

For blank or non-customized items, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. A 15% restocking fee may apply, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding your refund status. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and applied to your original method of payment.
